Getting Started with the Spacefill x Gorgias Integration

1. Install the Spacefill app from the Gorgias App Store. Go to the Gorgias App Store and install the Spacefill connector in just a few clicks. You can also do this from the Connectors tab in your Spacefill account.

2. Log in to Spacefill. Once the app is installed, log in to your Spacefill account to complete the integration setup.

3. That’s it! From now on, every Gorgias ticket will display the Spacefill widget — giving your support agents instant access to order status, warehouse info, and shipping details, without leaving Gorgias.

How to Disable the Integration

If you want to remove the integration, you have two options:

• Go to Gorgias Settings and uninstall the Spacefill app
• Go to the Connectors > Gorgias page in your Spacefill account and disconnect your instance.
